By accessing and using SparkMinds' ("Company", "we", "our", "us") learning platform ("Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Fair Usage: The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use to facilitate learning. Excessive use that may negatively impact the experience of other users is prohibited. We reserve the right to monitor usage and take appropriate action if fair usage limits are exceeded.

Platform Updates: We continually strive to improve the Platform and may release updates, enhancements, or new features. Such updates may result in temporary service interruptions. We will endeavor to minimize downtime and, when possible, provide advance notice of significant changes.

Scheduled Maintenance: Periodic maintenance may be necessary to ensure the optimal performance of the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to conduct maintenance during off-peak hours and provide prior notice for any scheduled downtime.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.

All content provided on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
